Steps to Reset Phone

This reset will erase all data and restore preferences to factory default specifications.

 

  1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
  2. Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
  3. Select Phone Settings then press OK.
  4. Select Security then press OK.
  5. Enter the Phone Lock Code.  The default lock code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
  6. Select Restore Phone then press OK.
  7. Press OK.
  8. Enter the Phone Lock Code.  The default lock code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
