Steps to Reset Settings

This resets the phone to factory default settings.

 

  1. Unlock the Touch Screen by sliding the Slide icon up to unlock or press the Unlock Key on the right side of the phone.
  2. Touch the Settings icon.
  3. Touch Phone Settings.
  4. Place your finger on the Touch Screen and apply gentle upward pressure to scroll the list up, then touch Security.
  5. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Touch Reset Default.
  7. Touch OK after reading the warning message.
  8. Touch Revert. A confirmation message is displayed briefly before the phone resets itself. 

 

Steps to Restore Phone

This erases all user data and contact information entered in phone memory.

 

  1. Unlock the Touch Screen by sliding the Slide icon up to unlock or press the Unlock Key on the right side of the phone.
  2. Touch the Settings icon.
  3. Touch Phone Settings.
  4. Place your finger on the Touch Screen and apply gentle upward pressure to scroll the list up, then touch Security.
  5. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  6. Touch Restore Phone.
  7. Touch OK after reading the warning message.
  8. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. 

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
