Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset all configuration settings back to their factory defaults. Personal data and downloaded content, however, will not be lost.

 

  1. From the standby screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Reset.
  4. Enter device password, then tap OKThe default password is 1234.
  5. Tap Master Reset.
  6. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset all configuration settings back to their factory defaults. All Personal data and downloaded content will be erased.

 

  1. From the standby screen, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap Reset.
  4. Enter device password, then tap OK. The default password is 1234.
  5. Tap Master Clear.
  6. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
