Steps to Reset Phone

The Reset Phone option returns all settings on your phone (except for Contacts entries) to their factory default values.

 

  1. Press OK button for Menu
  2. Select Settings ->Phone Settings -> Security.
  3. Enter lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  4. Select Reset Phone.
  5. Select Yes to confirm resetting to factory default.

 

Erase All Entries

The Erase All Entries option deletes all entries from the Contacts list.

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
