Steps to Restore Phone
Restoring default settings will reset Sound, Display, Phone, and Call Settings to factory default specifications. All user data (e.g. contacts, pictures, videos, and music) will be lost.
- From the main screen, press the center of the navigation wheel to choose Menu.
- Select Settings & Tools then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK.
- Select Phone Settings then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK.
- Select Security then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK.
- Enter the lock code then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK. The default lock code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
- Select Restore Phone then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK.
- Select Yes to confirm then press the center of the navigation wheel to choose OK.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
