Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset your device to the original factory settings, which erases all data from the device application storage, including your Google account, all other email and social networking accounts, system and application data and settings and downloaded applications.

 

  1. Press Home Menu and tap Settings Privacy Factory data reset.
  2. To clear music, pictures, and other user data, add a checkmark to Erase SD Card.
  3. Read the disclaimer and tap Reset phone.
  4. If you are certain that you would like to restore all factory settings, tap Erase everything. Once the device has reset, it will run through the Hands Free Activation and update processes again. When finished, you will see the Welcome screen and Setup application. 

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
