Steps to Reset Settings

Resetting the default settings restores all the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings.The Contacts, Call History, Calendar, and Messaging are not affected.

 

  1. Select Menu/OK > Settings > Reset/Delete.
  2. Enter lock code.(The default code is last 4 digits of your phone number or 0000 or 1234) and press CONTINUE (left softkey).
  3. Select Reset Settings.
  4. Read the message and press left softkey.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

Resetting the phone resets all settings, including the ringer types and display settings.This option will also delete all the contents including Contacts, Call History, Calendar, and Messaging.

 

  1. Select Menu/OK > Settings > Reset/Delete.
  2.  Enter lock code (The default code is last 4 digits of your phone number or 0000 or 1234) and press CONTINUE (left softkey).
  3. Select Reset Phone.
  4. Read the message and press the left softkey.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
