This will reset the phone settings to factory default.

 

  1. Scroll to and select Settings > the General tab > Master reset.
  2. Select Reset settings.
  3. When instructions appear, select Continue.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This will reset the phone settings to factory default. All contacts, messages, personal data and content that you have downloaded, received or edited will also be deleted.

 

  1. Scroll to and select Settings > the General tab > Master reset.
  2. Select Reset all.
  3. When instructions appear, select Continue.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
