Steps to perform a Master Reset
Performing a master reset will erase any personalized settings created.
- From the standby screen, press Menu.
- Scroll to and select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
- Scroll to and select Reset Default.
- Scroll to and select Yes.
- Enter Security code, then press OK. The default security code is 0000.
Steps to Reset the Memory
All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. Also, all personal data (including contacts) and downloaded content will be erased.
- From the standby screen, press Menu.
- Scroll to and select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Reset Settings.
- Scroll to and select Clear Memory.
- Scroll to and select Handset contents.
- Scroll to and select Yes.
- Enter Security code, then press OK. The default security code is 0000.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
