Steps to Reset Phone

This will erase all user data and installed application. This will also reset the settings to factory default.

 

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
  3. Read the warning and tap Reset phone.
  4. Tap Erase everything.

 

Steps to Reset Phone when turned OFF

This will erase all user application,user data and DRM licenses and restore the phone to factory default settings.

 

  • Press and hold A key, F key, Down Volume key and Power/Lock key at the same time (for over 10 seconds). The phone will turn off and perform factory reset immediately.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
