Steps to perform Master Reset
This will reset all user-defined settings on the device.
- From the standby screen, tap the Main Menu icon.
- Tap Phone Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Reset Settings.
- Tap Master Reset.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
- Enter Security code, tap OK. The default security code is 0000.

This will erase all data (pictures,address book,any downloaded content) and reset any user defined settings on the device.
- From the standby screen, tap the Main Menu icon.
- Tap Phone Settings.
- Scroll to and tap Reset Settings.
- Tap Master Clear.
- Tap Phone.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
- Enter Security code, tap OK. The default security code is 0000.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
