Steps to perform Factory data Reset

If you perform a factory reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu Key.
  2. Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
  3. Read the warning and touch Reset phone.
  4. Touch Erase everything.

 

Alternate way to perform Factory data Reset

  1. Turn the power off.
  2. Press and hold the following keys at the same time for 5 seconds: Down Volume Key+ Home Key + Power/Lock Key.
  3. When the power turns on, release these keys.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
