Steps to Reset Settings

The Reset Default process will set the preference settings to factory default but user data and contacts will not be erased.

 

  1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
  2. Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
  3. Select Phone Settings then press OK.
  4. Select Security then press OK.
  5. Enter the Phone Lock Code (typically the last four digits of the phone number).
  6. Select Reset Default, then press OK.
  7. Press OK.
  8. Select Revert, then press OK.

 

Steps to Restore Phone

The Restore Phone process will erase all user data and contacts on the card.

 

  1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
  2. Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
  3. Select Phone Settings then press OK.
  4. Select Security then press OK.
  5. Enter the Phone Lock Code (typically the last four digits of the phone number).
  6. Select Restore Phone, then press OK.
  7. Press OK.
  8. Enter the Phone Lock Code (typically the last four digits of the phone number).

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
