Steps to Reset Phone

This will restore the phone to factory defaults and also reset the Walkie-Talkie service.

 

  1. Press Menu/OK > Settings > Security.
  2. Enter your lock code. The default lock code is 000000, 00000000 or last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Select Reset Phone > Reset All.
  4. If you are sure you wish to reset your phone, press Yes(left softkey).

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
