Steps to Reset Settings

This will reset the settings to factory default values.

 

  1. End all active calls and connections.
  2. Select Menu > Settings and Phone > Phone management > Factory settings > Restore.
  3. Enter the lock code. The default lock code is 12345.
  4. After restoring the original settings, the device switches off, and then on again. This may take longer than usual.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
