How to master reset Pantech Pursuit II P6010
Steps to perform Master Reset
All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults. No user data will be lost.
- From the standby screen, select Menu.
- Locate and select Settings.
- Select Reset.
- Enter the current security code, then select OK. The Default Security Code is 1234.
- Select Master Reset.
- Read any displayed Warnings, then select Yes, to continue.
Steps to perform Master Clear
All configuration settings will be set back to their factory defaults and all user data will be erased. All User Data (contacts, messages, music, etc)... will be erased.
- From the standby screen, select Menu.
- Locate and select Settings.
- Select Reset.
- Enter the current security code, then select OK. The Default Security Code is 1234.
- Select Master Clear.
- Read any displayed Warnings, then select Yes, to continue.
Steps to Reset External Memory
All information stored on an external Memory Card will be erased.
- From the standby screen, select Menu.
- Locate and select Settings.
- Select Reset.
- Enter the current security code, then select OK. The Default Security Code is 1234.
- Select External Memory Reset.
- Select Yes to continue.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
