Steps to Reset Phone

This restores all the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. All data, including downloaded applications are deleted.

 

  1. From the Home screen, press Menu and tap Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset. A disclaimer displays.
  2. Read the disclaimer and tap Reset phone.
  3. Tap Erase everything to restore all factory settings.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
