Steps to Reset Phone
Reset Phone returns all setup parameters (except for the Contacts entries) to their factory default values.
- While in standby mode, press the Menu / OK button for Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone Settings.
- Select Security.
- Enter the lock code, default lock code is the last 4 digits of cell phone number, unless it has been changed.
- Select Reset Phone.
- Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings.
Steps to Restore Phone
Reset Phone returns all setup parameters to their factory default values and deletes all contacts entries.
- While in standby mode, press the Menu / OK button for Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone Settings.
- Select Security.
- Enter the lock code, default lock code is the last 4 digits of cell phone number, unless it has been changed.
- Select Erase All Entries.
- Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm resetting the handset to factory default settings.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
