How to master reset Samsung SCH-u320 Haven
Steps to Reset Phone
This resets your phone to the factory default settings and erases all user data from the phone, including contact entries and messages.
- From the home screen, press the Left Soft Key or Menu ➔ 6 or Settings ➔ 2 or Phone Settings ➔ 7 or Advanced Settings➔ 6 or Reset Phone.
- At the prompt PERMANENTLY ERASE ALL USER DATA & RESET SETTINGS TO FACTORY DEFAULTS?, press the Left Soft Key Yes to continue.
- At the prompt PRESS *228 SENDAFTER POWER CYCLE TO REPROGRAM THE PHONE”, press the Left Soft Key Ok to continue.
- Enter the Lock Code (the last four digits of your telephone number),then press the Left Soft Key Ok to reset the phone.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
