Steps to Reset Phone

All setup options are reset to their factory default.

 

  1. In idle mode, press OK for MENU, use the right navigation key to highlight Settings & Tools and press OK.
  2. Press Phone Settings.
  3. Press Security.
  4. Enter the lock code (lock code is the last four digits of your telephone number).
  5. Press Reset Settings.A prompt appears in the display asking if you wish to restore default settings (except for Contacts).
  6. Highlight Yes and press OK to restore default settings or select No to return to the Security list.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
