Steps to Reset Phone
This will erase all of your personal data from internal phone storage, including information about your Google Account, anyother accounts, your system and application settings, and any downloaded applications.
- From the Home screen, tap the Menu icon.
- Click on Settings and tap Privacy.
- Go to Factory data reset.
- Select Reset phone. If prompted, enter your password.
Steps to Reset Phone when the phone is frozen

- Turn off the phone and remove and reinsert the battery.
- Hold the volume down and press power key simultaneously (if volume down and power key doesn\'t bring out the menu, try volume up and power key)
- You should now see a menu with options like Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage and Simlock.
- With the volume down key, choose Clear Storage.
- Press the power key.
- With the volume up button, select yes.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
