Resetting Phone Settings

Resetting the phone settings only restores all of the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. Onboard data such as Contacts, History, and Messaging are not affected.

 

  1. Highlight Home and press Menu/OK > Settings >Reset/Delete.
  2. Enter your lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Highlight Reset Settings and press OK.If Parental Control has been enabled, this code will also need to be entered before continuing.
  4. Press RESET (left soft key) to reset the phone’s settings.

  1. Highlight Home and press Menu/OK > Settings >Reset/Delete.
  2. Enter your lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
  3. Highlight Reset Phone and press OK.
  4. Press RESET (left soft key) to restore your phone to its factory default state
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
