Steps to Reset Settings

This resets any changes made to the factory settings.


  1. Select Settings > YES > Master Reset > YES.
  2. Select Reset settings.
  3. Select YES to continue.
  4. Enter the phone lock code (0000 or a new code) and select YES.


Steps to Reset Phone

This deletes all setting changes, phonebook entries, messages, personal data, and any downloaded, received or edited content.


  1. Select Settings YES Master Reset > YES.
  2. Select Reset All.
  3. Select YES to continue.
  4. Enter the phone lock code (0000 or a new code) and select YES.


Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
