How to master reset Sony Ericsson J300
Steps to Reset Settings
This resets any changes made to the factory settings.
- Select Settings > General tab > Master Reset.
- Select Reset Settings.
- A text box appears. Select Yes to continue.
- Enter the phone lock code (0000 or the new code if you have changed it) and select OK.
Steps to Reset Phone
This deletes all setting changes, phonebook entries, messages, personal data, and any downloaded, received or edited content.
- Select Settings > General tab > Master Reset.
- Select Reset All.
- A text box appears. Select Yes to continue.
- Enter the phone lock code (0000 or the new code if you have changed it) and select OK.
Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed
and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
