Steps to Reset Settings

This resets any changes made to the factory settings.

 

  1. Select Settings > the General tab > Master Reset.
  2. Select Reset Settings.
  3. Enter the phone lock code (0000 or the new code if you have changed it). Select OK.

 

Steps to Reset Phone

This deletes all setting changes, contacts, messages, personal data, and any downloaded, received or edited content.

 

  1. Select Settings > the General tab > Master Reset.
  2. Select Reset All.
  3. Enter the phone lock code (0000 or the new code if you have changed it). Select OK.

 

Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
